All losses or incidents which may result in a claim should be reported as soon as practicable after the event to PSC Direct on 1800 946 000 or [email protected]
Alternatively, complete our online claims form and we will contact you and your insurer:
- Policy Number
- Description of incident
- Date and Time
- Location where circumstances originated
- Estimate of loss
- Action being taken to minimise loss.
What happens after I report a claim?
Shortly after reporting your loss (typically within a working day or two), a claims specialist from your insurance company will call you to obtain information about the claim and to discuss what will happen next.
At each point of the claims process, PSC Direct are there to help you. Your insurer keeps us in the loop to ensure we have all the information necessary to help you recover from an accident, disaster or loss and get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.
